We guarantee that all of
our film products will perform to the manufacturer's
expressed specifications, without cracking, fading or
de-metalizing.
We assume no responsibility or liability for film damage
resulting from accidents, improper care, or glass breakage.
We make no other warrantees or guarantees of any kind, expressed
or implied. All other implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose which exceed the aforesaid
obligation are hereby disclaimed by Advanced Auto Tint LLC.
Customer's remedy for loss is limited to replacement of defective
products (or refund of purchase price if replacement cannot
be provided within a reasonable time) and labor for installation
at no charge when proof of purchase is submitted to Advanced
Tint LLC.
Advanced Tint LLC shall not be liable in either tort of contract
for any losses or damages incurred, whether direct, consequential
or incidental arising out of the use of, or inability to
use these tinting products, including, but not limited to,
automobile accidents, acts of nature and/or improper care
and maintenance.
